In late 1997, Bellacino’s began formulating a plan to franchise a pizza & grinder restaurant business. The first Bellacino’s Pizza & Grinders restaurant officially opened in June of 1998

Our average ranges between $295,000 and $396,000 nationally.

Bellacino’s recommends you have liquid cash of $60,000 to $80,000 and a net worth of $400,000

Our typical restaurant ranges from 2500 to 3200 square feet.

An average of 7-8 months is typical (refer to schedule below)

  • 2 months for site selection/ evaluation
  • 2-3 weeks for lease negotiation
  • 2-3 weeks for design/ architecture
  • 3-5 weeks for planning submittal/ review and construction bidding process
  • 9-11 weeks for construction (can depend on site conditions)
  • 1-2 weeks final store opening set-up

A network of real estate brokers and Bellacino’s officers will assist with demographic data analysis and site selection criteria.

Marketing support material & guidance as well as ongoing training and a “hands-on” team of officers capable of understanding the needs at the “Store Level”.

$30,000 franchise fee plus 4% ongoing royalty + 1% ongoing national mktg.

No, however Bellacino’s, Inc. has prior working experience with lending institutes and SBA agencies.

Once licensed, you (& potentially management crew) will participate in a 2-3 week training period (at approved Bellacino’s training facilities). Bellacino’s, Inc. provides 10-12 days of on-site (at your store) training for the opening of your first location.
